Daisy Esparza has been a paralegal with Parikh Law Group since 2020. She has over 15 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal. Her primary focus is Business Immigration including employment-based petitions, including PERM Labor Certifications, H-1B Petitions, H-1B1, H-4 dependents, H-3 Training Visa, L-1A/L-1B Petitions, E-3, TN/TD, I-765 Employment Authorizations, and I-140 Immigrant Petitions. Daisy also works on family-based Immigration, which includes permanent residency applications, naturalization matters, consular processing, U visas, B-2 visitor visas, and I-751 removal of conditions.  Daisy is an extremely dedicated paralegal with a passion to help our clients successfully reach their residency goals in the United States.  She is fluent in Spanish and always cultivating open lines of communication between our firm and our clients.

Daisy earned a Master of Arts degree in Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2010.  She also obtained a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice at Northeastern Illinois University in 2002. Daisy is very family oriented, loves to travel and has a heart for people.  She is an active volunteer with the St. Jude Research Foundation as well as a Wish Grantor for the Make-A-Wish foundation.
