Breanna joined Parikh Law Group, LLC as a Real Estate attorney in June of 2022. Since joining the firm, she has represented clients in a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions, guiding them through purchases, sales, and complex agreements with clarity and precision. Breanna also advises clients on business acquisitions, including the purchase and sale of companies and ownership interests. Her practice focuses on transactional matters such as residential and commercial closings, contract and lease review, and corporate entity formation. Breanna prides herself on thoughtful negotiation, clear communication, and helping clients navigate important transactions with confidence while ensuring each matter is handled efficiently from start to finish.

Prior to joining PLG, Breanna graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida in 2017 and her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in 2020. During law school, she served as Student Bar Association President and spent a summer studying abroad at Oxford University in London, England. Originally from Florida, Breanna moved to Chicago in 2020, where she has strong family roots in the city and surrounding suburbs. She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.

In her free time, you can find Breanna at a pilates class, running along the lake, hanging out with her two french bulldogs or grabbing coffee at the Union League of Chicago.
