After being awarded pre-trial judgments worth approximately $2 million dollars, Parikh Law Group attorneys Stephen Donnelly and Anish Parikh were awarded a jury verdict and judgment of an additional $1 million on behalf of their client. The dispute concerned PLG’s client, Ashok “Eddie” Punjabi, and funds he provided to certain defendants for the funding of the DA-BANGG Reloaded Concert tour in the United States and Canada.

The case proceeded to jury trial to determine whether the plaintiff could prevail on various fraud counts against the individual defendant.  Following a four-day jury trial and deliberations, the jury returned a verdict for two separate counts of fraud against the individual defendant in favor of the plaintiff, totaling damages of $1 million, including punitive damages.
