PLG is thrilled to have represented Teriyaki Madness in the opening of two brand-new franchise locations. Our team managed every aspect of the legal process, including:

  • Survey verifications
  • Tenant Improvement Allowance negotiations

  • 5-year lease term with first rights of renewal options
  • $100,000 in Tenant Improvement Allowance matched by the landlord
  • Favorable exclusive use rights for Japanese ramen and izakaya cuisine
