Ms. Elina Alinezhad is an Immigration Paralegal with Parikh Law Group working primarily on family-based cases, deferred action (DACA) cases, permanent residency, I-212/I-601/I-601A waivers, J1 visa waivers, citizenship and naturalization cases, consular processes, and petitions to remove conditions on residence.
She joined PLG in 2019 and has since then become an integral member of the immigration team. Elina earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at University of Oregon School of Law in 2013 as well as a Master of Laws in 2011 from Shahid Beheshti Law University in Iran where she was ranked 21st out of 2,000+ applicants in the country. During her undergraduate education, Elina studied Judicial Law and graduated with her degree in 2008. Elina is fluent in Farsi.
In her free time, she enjoys running/working out, cooking, and dancing.
